.Owner-manager is a top leader of the business who handles three types of department. He Control the managers of department directly. Rights management can be centralized. The owner can learn more about status and progress of latest business from managers. It reduces the time to understand condition by himself. About the company development, all part of internal situation must be clear to know. For example, operation management and finance are very important. When the information is more, the company's cost and operational control will be better.
The first is sale department. It includes the sales manager and sale personnel of the team. The sales manager should lead the personnel to sale the business item and complete the target and goal. Always, they need to sale our brand to investor.
Let investor to buy the right of sale to open branch store. Other than sale the right to investor, they also need to promote the product of company. Promotion can increase the profit and well-known in the market.
The second is store operation department. Every branch store, these have a manager to manage the store. Our business has a general manager to head all store mangers. It will be easy to manage the quality. Store operations manage is important. Store manager should head all part of the store and understand how to handle the customer. The third is merchandise department. It uses the assortment merchandise that is assorted at product line. The manger needs to know the marketing conditional because he is select what to be sale in the store. When the manager estimates the response of market, he will select what to be sale in the store.
