Management games are a way to exercise subject of management training in an immersive and realistic. Actually is a kind of role-playing game. Participants form a management team of the company or institution, and they take all the relevant resolutions. Has decided, for example, in the mission and objective of the company
Team receives different types of information relating to a company or institution and the context in the market. They are trying to interpret this information as well as possible and then choose a strategy on the basis of this interpretation how to achieve its goal in the most effective way.
After all the decisions, and leader of the game (with the help, preferably using the simulation program) to address these decisions and calculate the results received subsequent to the teams.
The teams will be asked to verify the results against their own expectations and explain any differences. This may be caused by faulty assumptions, but also through unexpected events in the environment. It is then advisable to modify this strategy, and perhaps even on the company's goals.

Methodology
The lego model is a game that requires a lot of management skills to achieve the best results. The game will be conducted in the class among teams of 4-5 people. Each team will be given same number of lego shapes and colors. There will a ready hidden model that was made by the organizing team. At the beginning of the game the ready model will be reveled and all teams will be asked to make exactly same model in the shortest time. The maximum time allowed is 10 minutes. Good Luck!
