Safe master is known as number one choice for height safety solution and construction safety systems. Safe master is a leader of industry across Australia in the innovative design, development, provide and installation of superior height safety systems. The purpose of this report is just to concentrate on whether safe master can expand its business to South Africa or not.

Safe master suggested that expanding their product into South Africa by source and material exports from Australia to produce the final product in South Africa.

According to proposed expansion strategy mention above, the corporation will require infrastructure with adequate equipment, advance technology and skilled employees so they can complete the product finally in South Africa.
