"Make hay while the sun shines" is an English proverd. This is a reminder to us how much time is valuable for one's life. A farmer has to dry the grass to make hay only when the sun is shining. The sun is not shining all the time. If he doesn't do it in favorable time, he cannot accomplish the tasks he wants. This proverd advise us to do whatever we have to do without playing the time.
As we are students, we should study our lessons before the examination draws near. If we cram the lissons near the examination, we will not do well in the examination, we will not do well in the examination. Hence we can even miss our greatest wish in life. If is useless to regret at that time.
We cannot make hay when the sun sets. Only when we seek knowledge at our first part of our life, student life, we will be able to acquire wealth in the second part of the life. So we can support ourselves our families and relatives. Moreover, we can take part in activities in the service of the community and we can also serve the interests of the country.
If we can earn enough wealth, we can live comfortably in our rest of the life. Generally speaking the different between rich and poor depend on how much they regard the time and spend the time effectively. Today is the age of high competitive. If we are idle and kill the time carelessly, we will leave behind others.
