Developing LPOV requires learning which is a process that starts at an early age. As humans we learn from our surroundings and essentially from our parents or care takers. Therefore, this is the catalyst to the way we approach life. My mother was and still is a strong and hardworking person who raised two boys on her own basically. She always carried herself in a manner that was pleasing to whomever she encountered. My father on the other was not in tune with what being a parent was initially however he is still a good person just took him a bit longer to realize what it takes to be a responsible adult. Anyhow I believe a leader must be able to lead, perform, participate, and engulf the power to engage the the vision among his/her sobordinates.
Leading
As with anything being embarked upon it requires leadership. Being a leader requires the gumption to go and this will rub off on the team leading by example so to speak. A blind person can't lead the group so it requires someone willing to put in overtime and work with abundant effort and demand the same from veryone else. Also, being able to distinguish the needs of the team and the personell needed to carryout the mission is essential to leading in the most efficient way to accomplish the goals needed to be successful.
Performance
The performance of the leader and the whole team is fundamental to the success of a group. No goals can be achieved without qualified individuals who can get the job done. Som a qualified leader should be able to convey information to their team in a way they can understand what is expected of them. This performance may require some kind of instruction as well therefore classes and how to classes should be implemented to ensure the employees know exactly what to do.
Professional Goal
As an individual who strives for perfection and greatness in my professional endeavors I have the aspiration to reach my full potential. As a result, I am going to one day be the director of a hospital or some kind of center within the rems of the healthcare industry. Working for someone my whole life is not what I was made to do I am a leader by nature. Therefore, this goal engulfs the SMART acronym in every aspect. This is a specific goal which requires much motivation, which makes it very much attainable, relevant to succedding in this world, and it is trackable with the right deligience and attention.
