LEADERSHIP
Leadership is a quality which may not be found in many but cannot be inherited from one another. But on the other hand anyone can be a leader; as long as he has one thing in mind determination. The determination to obtain a goal which is the common objective of both the leader and the group itself. The will power which is mutual within the group. But are these characteristics common is all leaders? Or is there another scope in the back of his mind?
Unfortunately no. We may take a very good example and not go back so far in history, Hitler, the terror of all man kind. He was one of the greatest master mind of all ages. A very ideal but maybe far fetched example of which we may paragon to a leader who uses his power in leading for his own purposes. He may have invented a cheap car, Volkswagen, that maybe everyone today may afford to buy; but he boosted Germany's economy making it today's most leading company. Thus boosting and making Germany's economy one of the most well off countries of all times. In other words, his powerful willingness to succeed still ripples in Germany's economy.
But the adverse effects of his greed to stay in power are far more worse. He abused of his power and decided play God by choosing what seemed for him the perfect race. This may be reflected in leaders of countries were they abuse of their political strength to use money for their own needs and forget the needs of their people. Another negative aspect of governmental leadership may also be corruption.
To continue, maybe the only good quality Hitler had in which to some extent every leader should have is determination. The will power in succeeding in the main goal the group/organisation may have. The leader should be compared to a human's body, whereas the leader being the brain and his subordinates being the rest of the body. The body without a brain cannot function and the same goes with the organisation or a business. The leader has to be the driving force of the group. The leader of the flock. More good qualities of a leader should be that he has to be the one to move on during the hardest of times in other words, a problem solver.
In such case in point, one may compare the latter to Barack Obama, currently re-elected as president of the United States. He had one scope in mind, to release the American troops from Vietnam. Yes he did succeed and the whole world knows that he did and that is why he was re-elected because he was trusted to again govern America.
On the contrary, sometimes a leader may not always show respect to his subordinates. Where in some cases he may take advantage of his power by over pressuring his workers by over doing them with work. Hence making the person stressed and depressed which may then result in breaking up families.
