In the second study, (Khan & Ahmad 2012) questioned whether or not a leader needs to acquire more skills in order to improve his or her effectiveness within an organization? They also tested what skills are required to advance his or her leadership skill level in a precise manner within the organization? In spite of the research question, both studies suggested that organization and management play a major role for both trait and skills relative to leadership styles.
