This proposal that is being submitted by the Human Resource Department to the JVA Corporation for an observation of the overall profitability of the company by tackling the performance management systems, the appraisal process and an also the excellent compensation packages that are offered at JVA Corporation. The performance management system is the compassion of providing the employees with self worth and knowing if they are doing their job correctly or if they need improvement. Without having the performance management system, the planned commitments and the high quality services cannot be delivered to the customers of the company and then the employees start to lack in being confident about their job and to also perform their job with having the most skills that is needed to perform the job great.
JVA Corporation will continue to experience significant change in how they operate due to losing money in the past years and having to operate on a smaller budget. There focus for many years to come would be to educate their employees with the best knowledge to perform their job, constantly innovating to advance the productivity of the company and to also the performance from that would eventually lead to enhanced customer satisfaction. JVA will continue to recognize these employees for all of their contributions towards achieving these goals that are going to be set in place for the years to come. As well as providing a competitive compensation package that will recognize and reward the employees for these achievements. At JVA Corporation, the performance management program system will allow all employees to excel in their job and also for better opportunities in the company.
The achievement of the performance management system is designed to improve the effectiveness of the employees through the display of their core behaviors on the job and to also develop critical skills needed to perform their job more effectively and also the competencies to bring the business objectives together. One way to improve the performance management system we would need to follow some key mechanisms: 1) Employees and managers need to set difficult goals and to also demonstrate the core behaviors in order to bring in the results that are needed, 2) Managers will need to coach on how to optimize the performance of every employee in their department and to also give them the resources on how to increase any difficult outcomes. Now these outcomes are going to be put into a reasonable and precise appraisal. Now the compensation is going to be designed to award employees by their productivity, creativity and also contribution to JVA Corporation. The managers of each department will be conducting the regular salary reviews to evaluate the employee's pay that is in relation to the performance and also the business contribution.
