I advised Officer Tubbs that I would be transporting her directly to the Lawrence County Jail. He concurred with my decision and informed me that the male passenger, whom he identified as Marky Mark, was being cited for open container in a motor vehicle. He advised that Mark had made statements about being concerned for his safety while riding with Hilton. He also stated that Mark had stated that there were multiple open containers in the vehicle and that some were his and the others were Hilton's.

While transporting Hilton to the jail, she began yelling and screaming at me. She demanded to know where her vehicle was going to be. After obtaining the information from dispatch by radio, I attempted to inform Hilton that her vehicle was going to be impounded by Tow Mater Towing. Three initial attempts were made to give her this information. She continued to yell and scream and would not listen to me. One of the statements she made was "You're gonna die, you pig" Another statement was that she was sorry that she did not have enough money to pay me off.

After getting on Interstate 90 she was again yelling about her vehicle, I was eventually able to inform her that it would be at Tow Mater Towing. Shortly after this she again began yelling and screaming at me. She then makes the statement "I'm sorry you don't get laid more. I will have sex with you if you don't arrest me." She continues to yell and make threats to get me and that payback is a bitch. She then begins to make demands to stop and pee in the ditch. She then threatens to pee in the patrol vehicle. I informed her that if she did complete the threat that I would charge her with Intentional Damage to Property.

She continues to yell and scream and makes another statement. "In a week I will get out and you will die." I confronted her on now having made two specific statements about me dying. She immediately begins to scream and yell stating that I was twisting her words. As we got closer to Deadwood she again made a statement about needing to use the restroom. I informed her that she would be allowed to use the facilities at the jail.
