Executive summery
This report analyses the business environment of three selected public listed business organizations in Sri Lanka. They are John Keells Holdings PLC, Union Bank Colombo PLC and Chilaw Finance PLC. John Keells Holdings PLC which is the largest listed conglomerate in Sri Lanka operates their businesses in the fields of Consumer foods and retail, financial services, leisure, property, transportation, plantation and Information technology. The Union Bank Colombo PLC have the Banks Finance & Insurance sectors in Sri Lanka. The Chilaw Finance PLC have the Finance industry.
This analysis continues with John Keells Holdings and gives a knowledge about how John Keells Holdings operates the responsibilities of their organizations and the strategies employed by the selected organization John Keells Holdings.
And continuously how the John Keells Holdings were act in the three economic system. How the John Keells Holdings impact in the Monetary Policy and Fiscal Policy and also how JKH impact in the Competition Policy.
Then identify the market structure, as well as market forces which were called as Demand forces and Supply forces. Then how the PESTLE factors in the John Keells Holdings.
Then at lastly discuss about the international trade impact to the John Keells holdings, how the global factors impact to Sri Lankan Business Organization. And finally describing the European Union and evaluates the benefits of European Union to UK business organization.
