The aforementioned case deals with Job creation, its designing, job description along with the compensation management and challenges to be faced while creating the new job. Also, this case talks about matching the job expectations as the Assistant Manager is performing the day to day operational activities which are found beyond his job expectations. It seems to focus of the field visit task and to promote the business model rather performing the operational task. Here we can analyze that some of the important tasks of the organizations are being ignored due to which the credit transaction are being uncollectable. Most of the time the unit is delivering the service to the client but they are not focusing on reducing the Account payable for the customers. This case also discuss about the challenge of hiring the new employee, retaining him/her and meeting their job expectations.

Job Creation and its Recommendation
In above case, we can see that the Assistant Manager is involved in daily administrative works due to which he is unable to use his ability and proficiency in developing the strategic plans and visions which is actually the abstract of his post. Also, the major source of the revenue of the company i.e. sales revenues have been remaining uncollected due to lack of sufficient time provide for doing so. Other intra departmental works also have been left undone. Due to all above reasons, a new position is highly recommended to bridge all these gaps between the works. HR Supervisor cum Accountant is the position highly recommended for the above situation. The newly recruited personnel will supervise the marketing associates working in the field. Understanding their job related requirements, grievances(if any), payroll management, distribution of incentives to them and their leave management can be considered as his primary job. Also, performing daily administrative works of the department such as memo writing, correspondence related tasks are also the major tasks to be performed by the newly hired personnel. Also he will be given authority to supervise the collections the Marketing associates are making now and taking necessary actions if the bills are left uncollected. Also, he is supposed to maintain the job related accounts in the systematic way. If the newly hired personnel became able to perform above tasks properly, obviously the company will achieve a new height of success.

Ideas for New Job
The newly hired employee will report the daily transaction to the Assistant manager and the assistant manager and he will verify the works done by the operational supervisor. the performance made by the supervisor will be closely monitored and guided by the Assistant Manager. He will advise or suggest the supervisor if needed. The newly hired employee will be appraised if found performing very well and vice-versa. The compensation of the newly hired employee should be given according the workload i.e. it must be at least NPR 13,000 + 3000 allowances. Also there will be the provision of claiming Overtime(OT) if needed. He will and furthermore, there must be incentive plan which will be given as per the rules and regulations of the company. All of the facilities will be equally distributed. The leave is categories in different types i.e. Paid leave, unpaid leave, sick leave and annual leave. The personnel will be facilitated by leave encashment plan too. Also, there will be the salary revision in every two years along with the grading system.
