An exquisite parrot by the name of Jabber, with bold zebra eyes, fur as red as a ripe rose, bright as the yellow sun beaming off of a school bus, green as the greenest blades of grass, and as beautiful as the blue waters of the carribean. Jabber not on has a pretty outside, but a magical inside and a great personality to create such an outstanding creature. His happy, outgoing, and hard working attitude fits him perfectly especially because he lives in the city that never sleeps, New York City. Jabber spends his days with the heros of the big apple, the NYPD, he helps them solve crimes and do the light work around the station like flying papers from office to office. Jabber may have a small role in the NYPD, but to the officers, Jabber plays a monumental role that helps them through each and every day. An officer at NYPD, Captain Ryan, does not only own Jabber, but has created a companionship with this beautiful parrot ever since he saw Jabber as a little baby bird lying lonely on the cold wet ground on a frightful winter evening. Ever since Captain Ryan took in Jabber they have been the best of friends, some of the officers describe them as two things glued together because they can never be seperated, not even for a second. Jabber is constantly on the shoulder of Captain Ryan, sitting on him with his little fragile feet, and never leaves his sight not even when Captain Ryan has to go out on duty, which can get very dangerous in New York. The most memorable time the two of them were on duty they caught two armed robbers trying to rob a Kay Jewelers of thousands of dollars in diamonds. Jabber being around guns all day knew what a gun looked like and was always told to stay away from them because they can kill or cause tragic accidents to ones body. As Captain Ryan and Jabber patrolled the people invested streets of New York they noticed two armed men with masks on coming out of the jewelers in a hurry, dropping small diamonds behind, as they scattered through the hundreds of people littered on the streets. Nobody tried to stop these two men, so instead of sitting in the patrol car Jabber flew out the window and started to pursue the two criminals. Lucky for Jabber a huge man just coming from what seemed to be a gym, stepped in front of the thief in the front, tackled him to the ground and held him down, kicking the gun away at the same time. Jabber, then left with one last robber who escaped the grasp of the strong man, and kept running for dear life kept hot on his trail, and managed to gain enough strength to rip the man to the ground by his belt loops. Captain Ryan arrested both of the men and took them to jail, when Jabber and Captain Ryan returned to the station they got congratulated and honored for their brave duties. Jabber, even though he liked catching the bad guys, kept in on the safe side and stayed shuffling papers for the NYPD.
