The information gathered and presented in this report is crucial to the many decisions that are made by potential creditors, investors, and employees. Potential creditors need to know this information to decide if loaning money or services to an organization is a good idea. With Google, it is clear that the health of the organization and the rapid rate in which the company's value is growing would influence potential creditors to feel comfortable with taking the risk on lending money or services to this organization.

Investors would have very similar needs as the potential creditors for the financial information in this report. The largest difference in what the investors are looking at as apposed to what the potential creditors would be looking for is the potential for larger returns and how fast that would happen. Creditors are more concerned with the original agreement in most cases where as the investors look at the potential to make much more money on their initial investment based on how well the company does in the future.

Employees look into the financial reports provided here as well. In many cases the financial reports of an organization determines whether or not an employee stays with an organization or even joins an organization to begin with. In todays economy employees find it crucial to be certain they are joining an organization that they can remain employed with for many years to come and knowing the health of an organization is as easy as looking at its financial statements.

In conclusion the financial documents covered in this report show the tremendous success that Google has seen in recent and past financial reporting periods. The lust for information as fast as a person can think of a question is great with the modern day learner. Therefore, Google providing a solution to quench the thirst of a society driven by the fastest, most reliable information possible has resulted in one of the most profitable organizations in the world.
