financial applications and transaction monitoring for ACI BASE24, BASE24-eps, Postilion and FIS

Connex and IST or switch, and customized or in-house developed platforms.

Prognosis provides infrastructure solutions to manage cross-platform servers centrally and remotely;

real-time alerting and automation to predict, alert and automate responses to changing system

conditions; to transform data into information; real-time customizable views for performance insight

and optimizing resources; and reporting for capacity and budget planning.

The company offers consulting solutions such as providing implementation assistance, customization

services, and training services.

Business Description

HISTORY

Integrated Research was founded in 1988.

In 2000, the company was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in 2000. In the same year, it

applied PROGNOSIS to manage voice over IP (VoIP) and internet protocol (IP) telephony.

Integrated Research released PROGNOSIS version 7.06 for Windows, UNIX, Linux and HP nonstop

environments, in 2002.

In 2003, the company partnered with GoldenGate, to develop integration points that complement

the features of their respective products.

Integrated Research signed a distribution agreement with Motorola to market, supply and implement

the company's products across the US, in 2004. In the same year, it also made a US Distribution

Agreement with Ingram Micro.

In 2005, the company launched PROGNOSIS 8.0 version of the management software. In the same
