Information systems and technology are vital to all businesses in today's market. Whether it's a global chain, food stand, mom-and-pop shop, or handmade goods sold out of a home, any business can stand to benefit from the right information systems and technology. Rock Out Records is no different. By incorporating modern systems and technology, we can potentially enhance business growth and efficiency.
There are five information systems that would make a great fit with Rock Out Records. As shown in table 1 below, each system offers benefits that help manage the business by storing, organizing, and processing data used to track sales, connect with suppliers, process payroll, and business accounting.

The advantages are organization, speed, better communication, and this system is easy to learn and operate. Disadvantages include the risk of improper use (such as inappropriate messages and misuse of private information), and time spent training all employees how to use the system.

With the best examples being a checkout terminal and manual card swiping machine, these systems have become very recognizable and popular amongst business owners and consumers alike. The main advantages are flexibility and convenience, because this allows consumers the option to pay with their card without having to run out to the bank or ATM when they do not have enough cash to pay up front. Since Rock Out Records also carries valuable collectibles, our various flexible payment options should prove to be consumer-friendly The disadvantage of
