Human Resource Management

I have always been interested in the role of Human Services in private and public agencies. As a student of Human Resource Management, I expect to gain additional knowledge of how agencies utilize this department, the types of positions used in Human Services and the educational and prior work background requirements for the positions, how extensively is counseling utilized, and the level of communication skills needed to work in the Human Resource field. My goal is to determine what aspect of Human Resource is suitable for me and what areas my company, , has available. Working in various jobs, I have acquired effective communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work with people dealing with various issues , and the ability to address and solve problems. I have had the opportunity to work here, at for two years now and have found that I have many skills in our business and working with the human resource side of it as receptionist.

Human Resource is a key to the success of a company but keeping in connection with our organization's objectives and business strategies. Human Resource helps to maintain a healthy work environment between company policies and individuals. Our Human Resource department takes care of this by keeping and logging employees and making sure they have employee handbook and are informed of all rules and policies. Human resource management focuses on securing, maintaining, and utilizing an effective work force, which organizations cannot survive without. Our office manager, being the main Human Resource correspondent makes sure that all new and old employees are working together and know what they need to know to do their job and help in an effective workplace. Human resource management first and foremost described as the relationship between the employer and the employee. There are basic functions all mangers perform; planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling. These represent what is call the management process and shares many ties with our Human Resource department. Being receptionist, I have many bosses. I answer to our Human Resource/ Office Manager, our new and used sales managers, finance manager, and general manager. With all of these roles and different aspects in our workplace, Human Services is very important. Our resource manager helps tie everyone together and helps to maintain balance between all departments. The role of Human Resources is continuing to change. Today,, HR executives are taking more active roles to meet the competitive demands of today's corporations. When I asked our manager what her main goal in Human Services for our company was she gave me a few topics. Her central objective is to secure the commitment of employees to innovation and commitment of employees to innovation and continual improvement of product quality.
