Background of the study,
The purpose of this study is to research what went wrong within the company to face the labor turnover of company and growth. Throughout this research, it will be presenting the information that we have gathered / company theories and strategies that cost the organization to lose current well experienced employees. The main reason for the growth of an organization is the resources that the organization is using. As we know, the most important resource of any organization is the human resource.
Reason we have chose to research on human resource is that it’s one of the main reasons that could make or break any type of organization at any point.
