Are you prepared to play the multiple roles required of an HR professional? In this final part of the Course Project, consider the question of guardrails and enablers in your own organization. Analyze the potential presence of frailty enablers and identify appropriate guardrails to manage them. Please provide your reasoning.

Yes, I am prepared to play the multiple roles required for an HR Professional. I wish to play the role of a guardrails since it will be most important for an Head of HR. If the company follows a path where it is going wrong, definitely we have to tell them that it will lead to a disaster. We do have a yearly appraisal where each individual is personally evaluated by their supervisors and each individual has the right to mention in that form whether their seniors have judged properly or they have corned them in any issues. Each employee has to evaluate them at a certain point to know whether they are travelling in a right direction. If an employee do perform well, they have to be appreciated and should be given perks to encourage the thought. It will be a hard task for the HR to maintain the good employees, but by following the evaluation process and by encouraging them, I personally believe that we can retain them. We should Provide opportunities for people to grow, both personally and professionally.

A leader is the decision to become a leader. At some point in time, leaders decide that they want to provide others with vision, direct the course of future events and inspire others to success. Leadership requires the individual to practice dominance and take charge. The discussion of these characteristics will help you formulate the appropriate mix of traits, skills and ambition. Successful leaders choose to lead. While a supervisor and a manager may also exhibit leadership skill or potential, true leaders are rare. This is because the combination of skills, personality and ambition essential to leadership are difficult to develop and exhibit. Managers monitor and control work while helping a group of employees more successfully conduct their work than they would have without her. A manager's job is often described as providing everything his reporting employees need to successfully accomplish their jobs.

The Top Management does a monthly meeting where we can express our views as a HR so that all the issues is solved. If we have any review about the top management decision, we can definitely inform them to rectify the mistake.

Consider what you learned when you evaluated yourself with the Strategic Process Analysis Tool. Which HR roles are you good at and which HR roles are you inclined to avoid? Use the Strategic Process Analysis Tool to identify the areas where you should improve. Consider your goals in two contexts:
