Some managers can be result oriented by being hard task masters and some managers can have the best employee engagement and do not have the best performance. Many people contend that having both is quite difficult but based on the analysis carried out by the authors this is quite possible. It seems that not only is it possible to do both things well, but the best leaders are the very ones who manage to do both. Based on the analysis it is found that the new generation or the younger managers based on the age demographics have a higher percentage of managers having both the skills compared to older demographics. leaders who were under 30 years of age were two to three times as likely to be effective at both results and engagement than their older compatriots. Nearly one-third of the group under 30 years of age achieved both priorities well. It is emphasized that the younger managers do separate their work and their lives, and therefore they are more successful.
