Employees have no defined goals to achieve; additionally the reward scheme is unfair among different roles and department. They keep doing the same works, getting same benefits year by year. It seems there is no renew system has been made; this traditional working habit has caused bad consequences on how the staff perceive and behave at work.

Poor communication lead to misunderstood, wrong messages might be delivered. Relation between employers-employees and even themselves is not productive enough to get thing done. The minor arguments have happened frequently such as staff grumbles, locked the kitchen facilities are the specific examples of poor communication with staffs. (Torrington 2008)

Look at the staff has been suspected accessing inappropriate websites, should not they be bored of night shift then found to some entertainments or there is a hole that policy has not filled in yet. Because of characteristic of business type - home-care-housing, the flexible pattern working is very important. The business may not change but the employee's life never is the same as yesterday, they have families and other stuffs to keep eyes on. Flexibilities should be considered in term of working arrangements.

According to the record last two year, the turnover percentage has increased more than normal. Mostly amongst Auxiliary and Office staff, the report found out number of reasons which involved:

* Cost living more expensive - unable to afford the travel expenses (spot rate pay)

* Working hour is particular higher than others area 37-42hrs/ pw.

* Benefits are the same and no motivation for hard responsibilities
