On the holism, compared to those Asian market, the whole foods market has much more organic food and much more customers. In contrast, most of the customers are white people or richer people. This is a difference with Asian market. That shows organic culture in S.V. develops not very balanced. The organic culture just started and need to spread this organic stronger. Another reason is that the prices of organic food is a little bit high, so many people don't want to buy organic food. If the producer could decrease the prices of organic food until same as the prices of non-organic food, I think there would be more people buying organic food.
