Taglines and slogans for the whole winter collection (articles {not part of my job} + hangtags + labels + care label working.
Worked with the design and graphic team on the collection (design + color combinations since things were not up to the mark)

Hipster store design research + props + fixtures (mannequins + tables etc)
Estimated minimum marketing budget sheet defined for the first month and presented as well (no implementation due to no funds available at the accounts department)
Estimated print media plan provided for the 1st month (no funds available at the accounts department)
June- onwards:
Retail store shopping bag design made
Store locations presented in these months on regular basis on several locations
Johar town store location finalized and locked
Architect hired by the company (rejected by me and as well as the CEO on the first meeting but still he was pursued for the store design again and again. He wasted more than 2 months, didn’t follow our store designs provided to him and made his own design. Now after months the contractor rejected the architect and his design capacity so now hes out of the store design process)
Only denim wall design provide by me was followed since he had no idea regarding what denim wall is.

Facebook page activated with all the posts and slogans for every alternate day implemented (artworks finalized with outsource)

Shoot concepts research and presented before official shoot
Wapda town store locked (delayed again due to I don’t know what)
August
Defence store locked and possession (12 august), Work on store started after a 10 -12 day delay which resulted in a delay official launch and marketing event (45 day grace period is wasted)
Catalogue design research and work with Outsource
Whole catalogue typography finalized and forwarded
September
Finalized the whole marketing plan with PR agency and presented (still no ideas whether its going to be implemented)
Retail price set for all the articles provided in house
Retail software training
Store manager is hired till date and will join by 14th (will also be trained by me for the store operations and retail software)
Remainder sale people will also be hired since I cant hire all the people right away because we need to pay them salaries.
