The object of the Short Paper is the analysis of the situation how to handle with the smoking at the working place.
The general purpose of the Short Paper is to give the piece of advise to the general management of the company in reducing health care costs.

The most severe laws against smoking in California passed similar bans is no longer anywhere in the world. The ban affects smoking inside or within the six-meter distance from any public institution. Smoking is also banned in restaurants, bars and enclosed workplaces, to the beach throughout.
