Harvard referencing:

In the workplace or in an organisation:

For the cohesion to happen in any workplace individuals or employees have to be able to communicate by an effective means. Therefore such methods of using scholarly articles for reference are used to make others understand the point of referencing, in both written and through presentations if someone lacks the knowledge, one can look it to understand the argument or the basis for learning.

Good practice of referencing within any document needs to show a clear and concise understanding of the read or text set to under the problem or argument at hand. I have been deemed in the past for plagiarism on documents but without my knowledge I was marked down by 20% because of it. After further investigation I found out that a student the previous year had written similar and they were from a Brazilian university. Therefore I believe threat Turnitin is good in some aspects but still has flawrs in many areas of is concept of design.

The main considerations which should talked and discussed are regarding Turnitin and cons regarding its use. From what I have researched and read on the internet there are many flaws regarding this
