Currently Greyhound is facing many problems, especially on how to market effectively towards certain market and in such a way that will attract them towards using their service. When we look deeper into bus transportation in comparison to other transportation services it's the oldest and one of the most cost effective ways to travel. Also when we take a better look at Grayhound in comparison to its competitors, they have a strong brand name image which has been successful over the vast changing world. Greyhound is a company that has a lot of potential growth if marketed properly and if they upgrade their services to meet client's needs and wants. Greyhound should focus on finding out their targeted customers' needs and wants and by understand them incorporate them into the service so they are more appreciative and will choose greyhound over the competitors.
