Grace Period written by Will Baker, a short story presents a man in a normal day starts thinking and realizing things around his environment become very dangerous that he starts to feel tremor. However, all of the events have happened could just be his imagination while he falling in his boredom. He had tried to contacted a lot of people hope that he could get help, but end up none of them seems cares about him.
In the beginning of the story, says that "The sunlight is still golden through the dust hanging in the driveway," shows the time of the day. Most likely, it's a late afternoon, because the author wrote "the dust hanging in the driveway," expresses a sense that soon the sunlight goes off, we will no longer able to see the view.
