Good Skill of Team Building

Two members of the team identified following strengths: - Good skill of team building. Teams that they created and managed always were best at work, highly developed, satisfied and motivated. They are good at delegation always delegating work to low level of staff, giving opportunity to the staff self-realization and effectiveness of structure. They make decisions easily helping faster problem solving. They always had long term vision and trying permanently to bring those ideas and plans even to lowest level of staff. In most of cases when question was some systematic problem, they always tried to implement something new and creative, which in most cases had good results. Charisma and objectivity is the fundamental principle on which their leadership is built upon. But they faced some significant weaknesses as well: They always feel lack of technical knowledge, they wish to improve to help leading process. Good organizing skills are also not in a level that they wished to. Also, sometimes overwhelming leading is making staff to over-stress and loose self-expression. Sometimes they takes too much responsibility and effective implementation is getting harder. - Through daily routine sometimes they lose scene of prioritization, which in some cases can bring ineffectiveness. - Speaking less and listening more is something on which they should work. To overcome those weakness they plan to permanently explore and gain technical and academic knowledge; To be focused on efficient organizing techniques and train themselves, to hold on egocentrism a little bit and listen more than forcing opinions; Training in maintaining system of prioritization; they want to try to measure more realistically the new challenges.
