Globalization made it easier for companies to outsource their jobs, most companies move their production sites to other parts of the world, mostly underdeveloped countries. Most radiologists, accounting and data base managments are outsourced. Outsourcing is extremely cheaper for companies, consumers have access to lower prices and revenue is increased. However outsourcing can be seen as a major ethical issue, Many jobs are displaced, people are forced redundant so that immagrants who dont expect much pay are given their jobs. It is said globalization has come to mean greater vulnerability to companies, and producing economic insability and social disclocation. Is it ethical to switch to foreign suppliers, while our domestic companies struggle to maintain their industries, These are all ethical issues the anti globalists want resolved. Although outsourcing makes it cheaper for many stake holders a minority are loosing their jobs, which might be all they have to look after and fend for their families. Even in well developed nations such as america people wonder who is in charge, constantly worried for their jobs while enduring fear of their voices being drowned out in the globalization sweep. The world trade organization should ensure that all outsourcing and trade agreement should include the minimum ILO (international labor organization) standards. Outsourcing should be maintained so that unethical issues such as job displacement and the diminishing of rights does not take place.
