I really appreciate you for giving me the opportunity to provide input in the above subject matter. I am going to provide you with a step-by-step guide that I have used in my writings and speaking engagements.
Let me begin by helping you understand the type of writings am involved in. Most of them related to defaulted mortgage payments, response to eminent default, escrow issues, payoff, bankruptcy, foreclosure, short sales, and different types of modification, etc. If you have any question in reference to this as you put together the course work. I would like to add and say written communication can be exciting or enjoyable if the following steps are implemented.
A. Open with a bold statement that will trigger a desire to know either, why, how, when.
B. A story can be used to trigger the mind based on the subject matter.
C. Testimonials are also good in that you give a story people can relate to.
Most of the errors and weaknesses I come across are as follows,

B. Grammar mistakes-wrong use of tenses in English language.

Let me add this, writing is an art and there is a lot to learn in writing. There are things you will find writers struggling with. As for me, I find myself struggling in grammar usage sometimes; one major reason is the fact that English is my third language. I also encounter the problem of spelling.
