I would like to add and say written communication can be exciting or enjoyable if the following steps are implemented.

Let me add this, writing is an art and there is a lot to learn in writing. There are things you will find writers struggling with. As for me, I find myself struggling in grammar usage sometimes; one major reason is the fact that English is my third language. I also encounter the problem of spelling.
