According to the media centre, the meaning of foodborne illness is foodborne illnesses are diseases that is generally known to be contagious or deadly in life, which is usually caused by agents that go into a person's body by eating. Every human being is in jeopardy of developing foodborne illness. Food safety is a fundamental health issue. Governments everywhere are increasing their hard work to enhance the safety of foods. These efforts are in reaction to a rising amount of problems involving the safety of food, and increasing the concerns of consumers. A Foodborne disease is a disease that is well-known to the public and it has a rising number of health issues involved in developed and developing countries. The international occurrence of foodborne disease can be complex to assess, nevertheless, during the year of 2005 about 1.8 million individuals altogether was deceased because every individual had developed diarrhea. A huge amount of these issues can be credited to the Drinking water and eating food can be credited to this huge amount of issues involved. Furthermore, diarrhea is the most important source in infants and young children causing them to become malnutrition. The fraction amount of the people that has been suffering from foodborne illness every year in manufacturing countries approximately 30% alone was reported. Salmonellosis is one of the key causes in majority of the countries. Salmonellosis is caused by the bacteria known as Salmonella. The symptoms of salmonellosis include having a fever, headache, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and some diarrhea. For instance, foods that are involved in having outbreaks of salmonellosis are eggs, poultry and other meats, raw milk and chocolate. Another foodborne disease is called campylobacteriosis. Campylobacteriosis is commonly known as a ordinary illness and is caused by a specific type of campylobacter bacteria.
