Emergency Food Stamp Issue
The city of New York Mayor Bloomberg has long defended staunchly for years that the city had every right to finger print all persons applying for food stamps. While other cities chose to opt out receiving a waiver from the state. Mayor Bloomberg contense that his policy of finger printing has saved the city 35 million dallors in duplicate payments over a decade.
