Today is the last day of the month and we are in Close-Out mode!!! Which in the sales world means that you are probably bringing the intensity around getting deals closed.

I thought a lot about that mentality this last week as my team and I have been trying to close our sales gaps.....And to my disappointment, I realized that I should have had my team in that frame of mentality all month long. That way, we wouldn't be trying to close gaps, but rather getting ahead.

Valuable lesson learned......

Many times in our lives, we want to take a look at all the work we have ahead of us and hope that the intensity and desire to win will just carry on its' own. However, as I was reminded again this month, success does not happen on cruise control. It only happens when you continue, day in and day out to apply the same intense mentality moment by moment and second by second.

In response to our conversation, I researched fees as they relate to Wealth Mgmt, Business Economy/Advantage Checking, IOLTA's, and Wire Transfers, etc...

I found the following:

1. Business Advantage Checking: Free incoming domestic wires

a. No qualifier to waive outgoing wire transfers

2. Business Economy Checking: NO wire transfer fee waiver qualifiers

3. Business Schedule of Fees, page 11: Wire Transfers and Drafts- Incoming or Outgoing (US or Intn'l): Fee Varies

4. Personal Advantage Checking: No fee for incoming domestic wires

a. No qualifier to waive outgoing wire transfers

5. IMPORTANT-I did find the following in PRO: According to PRO, OUTGOING WIRE TRANSFERS ARE TO BE CHARGED FOR BOTH MERRILL LYNCH AND GWIM
