When we arrived at the venue, the facilitators were all set to begin their workshop. The chairs were already arranged by group and the all the materials that will be used were also prepared ahead of time. Like the previous groups, the facilitators already pre-grouped us participants so as not to take too much time and to offer convenience to us participants.

The objective of the workshop which is leadership was observed in their activity especially because the activity provided required a leader or perhaps just someone who would initiate the first move. Although the activity was somewhat common, it still brought excitement to me and it really did illustrate the objective of the workshop.

As usual, all of us participants participated in the workshop and we were very competitive in all the activities. But unfortunately, our group did not have the opportunity to win at even a single activity even if we tried our best. We might have lacked the skill in leadership and hence we did not win. So I guess this workshop sort of helped us develop our leadership skills.

One of the best things that I appreciated in their workshop is their time management. The facilitators were very conscious of the time thus they managed to end their workshop on time. Another thing that I appreciated was the rapport of the main facilitator to us participants. Although he stuttered often, it was obvious that he was trying his best to interact well with us. Lastly, I loved how they ended their workshop. The video was short but it encapsulated the entire workshop.

The least thing that I appreciated in their workshop is the venue itself. I guess I only felt it in this workshop because the arrangement of the seats was distracting. Since I was placed near the glass window, I got distracted by the people passing by. But it was not the fault of the facilitators since it cannot be controlled.

Because of their workshop, I learned that I will always just be a follower.
