Fabric Shade Segragation

 Roll wise shade segregation.

 Shade need to be check before wash & after wash.

 Shade family to be made.

 For dark color shade blanket need to be done for wash reference.

 Color continuity card (Country wise) need to be done.

 Shade need to be check with the customer light(TL83).

 4 points system for fabric checking need to be done(Minimum 15%).

 Fabric shrinkage need to be done as per the STD.

 Each & every roll should have shade name, shrinkage, fabric width.

 Style po copy should be available with the fabric consumption in the style file.

 Country details should be given to cutting & finishing(CCC) dept.

 Shade approval STD should be available.

 Reject roll must kept with proper indication.

 All goods(Fabric) should store of the floor (pallets) with cover condition.

 All style related reports must kept at least 6months.

Cutting

 Pattern need to be done as per the shrinkage.

 For Elastomeric fabric relaxation need to be done before lay as well as after lay.

 Spreading tension & Lay length & Height need to be check.

 Pattern need to be check against the grain.

 Country wise cutting need to be done, same information need to be given to sewing section.

 Cutting quality checking should be in place.

 Re cutting details should be available with cut number, size, number of pcs, parts name, date & line number.

 Interlining need to be done with approve temperature, timing & pressure.

 Everyday twice fusing machine temperature, pressure & timing need to be check as per the approved STD.

 For interlining bond Strength need to be check before & after wash.

 Interlining test report must be displayed style wise on the board.

 Product safety issues like Safety guards must be used.

 All style related records should be available atleast 6 months.
