Introductions
In order to maximize the company profit, improving the business network of company is a priory issue to be solved. The business network of company should not be limited in local market. The advance of technology nowadays making the global business easier to achieve compared with old time. The expansion of the company can be realized through exporting local products into target foreign countries.
Exporting products to foreign countries bringing the benefits of lower business risk, achieving economic of scales and prolong the life of products. In the following pages, research of culture and norms from three selected target countries will be carried out. The three selected countries are Taiwan, Singapore and France, which are the highly developed countries.
The result of culture research later will be follow by the discussion of changes in packaging, promotion and advertising method that suitable and acceptable for each country. The suitable method will helps to fit the products into these countries better. The selected products to be exported into the three different countries are swimsuit, men's necktie and watch. Swimsuit will be export to Taiwan, while men's necktie are planned to be export to France and watch will be export to Singapore.

Taiwan is a small island located in Eastern Asia. It located at the north of the Philippines, off the southeastern coast of China. The total population of Taiwan is 23,268,087 (2012), which make up by kinds of ethnic such as Taiwanese (including Hakka) 84%, mainland Chinese 14% and indigenous 2%. The capital of Taiwan is Taipei, which is one of the major cities of Eastern Asia that fill with advanced technology, facilities and a starter place for trendy fashions.
The official language of Taiwan is Mandarin Chinese, but because many Taiwanese are of southern Fujianese descent, Min-nan (the Southern Min dialect or Holo) is also widely spoken. The smaller groups of Hakka people and aborigines have also preserved their own languages. The most popular foreign language in Taiwan is English, which is part of the regular school curriculum. Taiwanese do not prefer the gifts wrap in white, blue or black paper, as these colors are considered as inauspicious colors. Red, pink and yellow are considered to be auspicious colors.
As Taiwan is surrounded by the sea, Taiwan has a subtropical climate. Taiwan showed a pleasant climate whole year round as it regulated by monsoon. Taiwan experienced rainy season during southwest monsoon (June to August). The annual average temperature of Taiwan is about 20℃ in winter (December to following March) and 28℃ in summer (April to November).
There are many seaside and beach tourist spots in Taiwan which will hold many activities to attract customers. Most of the activities are required the participant to wear swimsuit which becoming a huge market for exporting Funz® Swimsuit. For the swimming bag, one of the common plastic materials, Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) had been chosen as it carries the similar characteristic with the nonwoven fabrics. PVC is a safe and trusted material which is commonly used in numerous industries such as food and beverage, medical and construction industry. It carried the characteristics of Non-toxic, odorless light and transparent, fire retardant, moisture, waterproof, and insulation resistance.
The swimming bag is designed with a zipper and handles, making it easy for carry when going to swim. One of the surfaces of the bag will be transparent designed for a better view into the design of swimsuit. The clothing tag of the swimsuit will be printed onto PVC and attach with the swimming bag. Shaping brand awareness among consumers is the main concern of promotion. The main target market for Funz Swimsuit is the young adult and teenage in Taiwan who love the outdoor activities. Besides, the promotion would likely to attract the customer who do not have a regular brand choice for swimsuit; in other words, not a loyalty customer of any brand of swimsuit.
