1. What are some of the things that went wrong and could go wrong at similar events?
This event lacked in planning process. The dance are was open air and had no shade as it was a day event the people were exposed to sun directly.to get a drink of water, guest had to walk all the way to the bar that was placed far away from the stage. The water which was provided was hot and not chilled. The restroom were very far away and people didn’t bother to use them and so used the beach for their basic needs which lead to environment pollution. The sound was terribly poor. A girl collapsed because of the heat and there was no medical help available.

1. They should have had proper crowed control. There should have had volunteers that would have guide the people at the event. And proper medical facility set up at the event.
2. There should have been proper setup of the event staging and the dance floor. The placement of the restroom and water counter should have been planned in such a way that it is easily excusable and people would be comfortable with it.
3. The stage set up should have been made in such a way that the music was heard properly. At it was a 12hour event there should have planned the speaker setup as it is played for a long time there should have been 2 music setup. And this test should have done well in advance.
4. This event was licensed as a cultural festival based on the information given to the government by the organizers. Do you think it belonged in that category?
5. According to you what are some of the ethical issues involved in this event and in other event like this?
