Modern Challenges in Immigrations
The government should not favor one immigrant over other immigrants. It should not matter if it is for wants to come to the land of freedom instead of staying in their own country. No one realize back in 1800 United States was built by immigrants came over to work for a very low wages and lived in terrible shacks while no American did not want to work. The Government should only limit how many immigrants should come over to the United States. It should not matter if they are legal or illegal immigrants. They have bought over positive economic society with different culture restaurants, like Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, Italian, clothing, and cars. No matter what the job is that they are willing to work at a lower-wage than what the Americans are not willing to do. For example work in the tobacco fields, any kind of fields, janitorial, fast-food, dishwashers, and et cetera. No one realize immigrants are making businesses that can sell and buy things at lower price. Immigrants want to come over to the United States are denied by United States Government. The Government should only bring them over if there is high demand for doctors, nurses, and teachers and offer them citizenship of the United States. Even the unskilled immigrants are willing to work at a low-wage paying job.
From the 1800 to the present, immigrants had to face challenges. The most challenges are the language barrier. In their country, they do not know how to speak English only their language. Even, harder for immigrants to understand what is asked of them. Another challenge immigrants from the 1800 to present is facing is deported back to their own country. They are facing hostile discrimination from Americans for immigrants hired at lower-wage jobs and making less money what Americans are making. They face many challenges when they come to the United States as their new home. They have to learn to adjust to different culture, values, tradition, and often language barrier. They are leaving behind their culture and what they are accustomed to and come to their new home and have to learn everything all over again.
