1). Consumer-to-consumer (c2c) - means individuals who sell and buy online with other consumers.
2). Smart phones- mobile phones with capabilities of operating systems that run software packages.
3). Virtually community- group of people who gather on the internet with similar interest.
4). E-commerce- online business activities which include trading with other businesses while supporting other activities like buying, selling and planning.
5). Social networking sites- sites that allow people to socialize online.
6). Culture- mixture of language and customs.
7). Bonded warehouse- location where international shipments come in and are held until customs and payments are satisfied.
8). Freight forwarder- company that handles all the international transactions of shipping and insurance.
9). Localization- consideration of the local environment which includes considering the cultural practices.
10). SWOT analysis- the consideration of strengths and weaknesses of businesses.
11). Law of diminishing returns- as activities yield less value the amount of consumption increases.
12). Strategic partners- a team that has come together for a specific goal or activity.
13). Strategic business unit- an autonomous part of a company which is big enough to manage itself but small enough to overcome changes.
14). Shipping profile- collection of characteristics which show how simply a product can be packaged and delivered.
15). Merchandising- the layout, design and product display knowledge.
16). Revenue model- business processes which identify customers, market the same customers and produce sales for the customers.
17). Mobile commerce- mobile phone based commerce.

18). Electronic Funds Transfer- account exchange information over private communications networks.
19). Telework- employee uses company network from internet instead of going into office.
