Tropical forests are important and play a major role in benefiting humans too. The tropical
forests provide many useful products. For example it provides nuts, fruit, latex and medicines.
This specialized diversity also represents a store of genetic information that could be useful to
medical advances for current and future generations. Tropical forests have been considered to
contain a large amount of stored information.
As there are many ways to harm earth and the atmosphere, there is ways to sustain the global
population as well. We need to cut back on the domestication of animals. Instead of herding the animals and immediately profiting from them, we should try breeding more so the animals don't become extinct. That's one problem today, we like to take but not replace.
Another way is to cut out the burning of trees and land. It's bad enough that there's any type
of deforestation going on period. But if done, why not do it more conserving? Burning is
harming our soil. As well as our water, atmosphere and air we breathe is being polluted every
day. Humans need to be more responsible. They need to quit thinking about just themselves
and more about our earth and others.
All of these actions on behalf of production and consumption play a major role to our earth
and society. A lot of people don't realize the little mistakes that they make and how they affect
us in the long run. If everyone trying to survive and make a living would just take their time to
plan out how to produce and consume something we would end up with more positive outcomes.
