Caffeine: caffeine stimulates the central nervous system in our body. It will give our body a sense of alertness. Caffeine raises your heart rate and your blood pressure will go up. If you drink to much caffeine you can have side effects like sleeplessness, heart, palpitation, headaches and nausea

Taurine: Is already in your body it's a natural product that your body produces. Taurine helps our heartbeat and muscle contractions and our energy levels. So that's why it's used to raise our energy levels. But we normally need extra Taurine because we have enough in our body. But scientists think that under "Stress conditions" like illness, physical exertion, or injury, the body does not create enough Taurine and then the energy could help

Guarana: Guarana is used to increase your alertness and energy. Guarnana is not the same as Caffeine because there are some different things in Guarnana such as theobromine and theophylline. This will help your alertness and energy as I said.

B Vitamins: The B Vitamins in the energy drinks have only a little to no effect on your body brain or you energy level. But the scientists are still looking if the B vitamins really don't raise your energy levels. The B Vitamins help you to convert food to energy

Ginseng Ginseng, an adaptogenic herb, is known to increase energy, has some anti-fatigue components, supposedly relieves stress, and increase memory. ginseng is a natual product so it wont hurt you body

Ginkgo Biloba helps memory retention, concentration, circulation, acts as an anti-depressant, and even shows signs of helping people with Alzheimer's. but there are side effects of ginkgo side effects include blood thinning, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headaches, dizziness, heart palpitations, and restlessness. but the ginkgo is not enough in the energy so it won't causes those side effects

L-Carnitine is a natural thing that your body produces. this stuff helps up your metabolism and energy levels. Because of the way it interacts with your body, it may act as a thermogenic and help increase weight loss and endurance during exercise.

Sugars we produce it in our body but if we take to much sugar we get hyper. Suger is also addicted and if you take to much it can lead to diabetes and other things.

Antioxidants Anti-oxidants are things that help your body gracefully recover from the damage of free radicals.

Glucuronolactone it is made in our body's natural and it is placed in energy drinks because it is believed to help with glycogen depletion by preventing other substances from depleting glycogen supplies in the muscles.

Yerba Mate is a natural product and it won't harm your body

Creatine Creatine is naturally obtained by eating meat. Creatine helps with supplying energy to the muscles and is usually found in energy drinks and products that are marketed to body builders.

Acai Berry this product is found in most of the energy drinks. it is a natural product it wont harm your body but it should make you hyper but their is only a small amount Berry's in energy drinks so you wont benifit from it

Milk Thistle it supposed to help with hangovers and detoxing the liver from alcohol. However, studies show that the amount put in energy drinks so we will hardly have any benefit from it

L-theanine L-theanine is an amino acid that according to recent studies has shown to calm the brain to enhance concentration. This amino acid comes simply from tea leaves. Green tea has the highest concentrations.

Their are a lot of side effects from drinking energy drinks. But esspecialy when you drink way to many energy drinks. But people drink to much energy drinks because they think it is cool and it becomes a life style.
