TIME: 1414hrs
LOCATION: Remote Manifold
DURATION: 1414-1425Hrs
Scenario:
At about 1414hrs, on 31st January 2015, a manual alarm was activated as a result of Gas leak observed at well 23 inlet manifold header during the walk around inspection within the manifold.
Objectives:
- To test Remote manifold personnels’ awareness of emergency response procedure.
- To check the response time of mustering by personnel.
- To confirm the integrity of the manual alarm system.
SEQUENCE OF EVENT

1414Hrs | Manual alarm activated to alert people of the emergency situation. |
1415Hrs | Personnel mustered. On scene commander was on site thereby requested for head count. |
1417Hrs | The Gas leak was arrested. |
1419Hrs | Head Count was done to ascertain no one is missing. |
1420Hrs | The On-scene commander declared that it was a drill after confirming that the situation is arrested |
1422Hrs | Final debrief was made at the muster points |

- Good mustering by the personnel in exception of one of the station attendants.
