Eid Al-Adha is the most important religious occasion for Muslims the world over. It is celebrate in dho.Aheja10, the last month in Islamic calendar, to commodate the willingness of prophet Ibrahim to sacrifice his only son at the command of God . When he proved obediente . Alla rewarded him with a sheep to be slaughtered instead of his son .This is why Muslims slay sheep on this festival. To celebrate Eid , people follow many rituals.

A week before, Muslims people start to get ready for Eid . They go shopping to buy cookies, nuts and new clothes. Women prepare cakes and biscuits to offering it to the visitors . Also most of people fast nine days before Eid day prepearing them selves spiritually.

There is alot of things to do in the frist three days of Eid. In the morning of the frist day people get up early . The children can not sleep , they stay awake whole the night looking forword the Eid morning to wear their new clothes .People wear their new clothes then go to pray and slay sheep. After that they have breakfast with their families. Then they go to visit their relatives. In afternoon people get togeather with friends and families. In the second and third day they do the same.During the Eid days people forgive each other ,The atmosphere is filled with happiness and laugh .

Eid Al-Adha regarding as the biggest Eid for Muslims . They celebrated it by many ceremonies .That represent their obedience to Alla . This Eid is rewarding from Alla to us for our devotion.
