lkfjlkd jklaj The following represents a summary of how your federal financial aid disbursements were processed by the University.
If your funds were received by the University via an EFT process, the amount indicated has been posted to your
student account in accordance with federal regulations (34CFR 682.604). Federal financial aid funds must be applied
toward your current outstanding charges prior to your receipt of any credit balance. Your delivery method for the
receipt of your credit balance will be via direct deposit.*Credit Balance: Based on your withholding election, there may be a credit balance of federal financial aid funds
due to you. The credit balance, if any, is as of the date of this notice and any changes affecting your account
after this date is not included. Issuance of a refund check does not mean you do not owe a balance on your account;
you may still owe a balance or you may owe for future tuition and fees. If you have any questions, please contact
your finance advisor.
Breaks in Attendance or Schedule Changes: After 14 days of consecutive nonattendance, the University is
required to determine earned federal financial aid funds that have been disbursed, and determine any federal
financial aid funds that need to be returned to the federal program(s). This may result in you owing the University
for any funds returned to the federal program(s). Additionally, any changes in your course schedule may affect the
amount and timing of your federal financial aid awards. Please contact your finance advisor if planning a break in
attendance for more than 14 days or modifying your course schedule.
