What distribution channels will you use (e.g., direct sales, internet, wholesalers, etc.)? Before we begin distributing the Auto Glove, our team has to manage and market accordingly to our end users. Introducing a new product can be exciting and also risky. It's important that we direct the correct information and make sure it fits the end users priorities. To start off our Auto Glove team consists of Blake, Zack, and ChrisAs we predict the Auto Glove will produce successfully, and our team and modes of distribution will expand. After year one, hiring and training a few employees will be necessary.
