Deepener on Regression

As you relax allow yourself to imagine somewhere where you feel safe and protected, and where there is calmness and serenity. This could be your favourite place that you have visited or it can be completely imaginary, it's up to you, just picture this place and enjoy the wonderful feeling that it gives you. Let this feeling permeate throughout your whole body.

Keep remembering your beautiful and special place and think how calm and relaxed you feel. Allow yourself to wallow in this self indulgence. Your body feels relaxed and calm. You feel happy and safe and refreshed. Visualise your special place, the sounds, the sights and the smells. Enjoy the way you feel in your special place. Remain in your peaceful place while you meditate calmly. I will let you enjoy the moment for a little while.

When you have become completely relaxed I need you to focus your attention on your fingers. I would like you to repeat to yourself the word Yes over and over, yes, yes, yes and whilst doing this notice which of your fingers twitches or you can feel a sensation in that finger. This will become your "yes" finger. Ok so your "index" finger on your right hand is your "yes" finger. Now I need you to repeat the word "No" over and over. No, no, no and whilst doing this notice which of your fingers twitches or that you can feel a sensation in and this will become your "no" finger. I notice that your "left index" finger is your "no" finger. Now I need you to repeat in your mind the words "I don't know" over and over. As before you will begin to feel a twitch or a sensation in your finger. This will become your "I don't know" finger. Your "middle" finger on your "right" hand is your "I don't Know" finger. Finally I need you to repeat over and over in your mind "I don't want to answer". Again you keep repeating this until your finger twitches or you feel a sensation. Your "left middle" finger will be your "I don't want to answer" finger. Well done. You now have all of your fingers ready to answer any questions if you feel unable to do so verbally.

You can now find out if it is safe and valuable for you to do so the cause of your problem. You can ask your subconscious to release this information to you. If its ok to enter the past to learn more about your problem, let yourself take a deep breath.

Is there anything that you can recall that happened to you in the past that may have been the reason which you have developed this issue? Is this something that you remember as a child? Is it something that you remember as a young adult? Was this something that happened at home? At school? With friends? On your own? Were your parents there?

I want you to go back to the time that this event happened. As you go back your subconscious will start to remember all of the information and will do all of the work for you. You don't need to struggle to recall anything. If you are in an area where you feel unsettled you do not need to revisit this, you can go back further. Just imagine that you are watching a movie on the TV and you are seeing all the scenes present themselves before you. When you have gone back far enough and you are at the stage when your problem occurred your "yes" finger will rise. Remember you don't have to work hard, your sub conscious will be doing all the work for you. Just relax and allow your subconscious to trace back through your memories calmly and safely. All you need to do is watch and follow the story back.
