Well here I sit at the computer wondering what to say to you. Daddy & I made the decision that we are coming up today to see our new grandson. We are still perplexed and hurt that we didn't even get a call. Think of how you felt when you saw your son for the first time. Daddy & I felt the same way we first held you. Did we ever think that things would reach this point in our lives - absolutely not!

This is not to place blame on anything that has happened in the past. We are at the point where we don't care how we got here and it is hard for us to know that things will probably never be the same with us. This is to let you know that no matter what, we love you dearly. Greg please stop and think, how would you have felt if Daddy & I were killed in a car accident on the way up to see you today. God never promised any of us tomorrow and time is the one thing that we can never get back.

We have been there for you whenever you called. We never expected anything in return except to be treated with respect. That hasn't happened. There have been so many times in the last few years that Daddy has been sick and we never even got a phone call. As usual, you said you didn't get the message, your phone didn't have minutes, the kids had misplaced the phone. Excuse after excuse and still you call and there we are. The thing is that that will never change.
