Ahi Kona Kopè Product Focus Process Strategy
Ahi Kona Kope coffee is produced from the World's healthiest and over 100 years aged coffee plants. Ahi Kona Kope beans are a mixed of a unique blend of the red beans, which are low in acid content and high in aromatic oils and the green beans, which have strong savory refreshing taste. Every unique product has special manufacturing process; similarly Ahi Kona Kope has special manufacturing process which involves the following steps:
The making of Ahi Kona Kopè is based on Product-focused process strategy
The process requires very few inputs,
1. Raw Material:
Red & Green coffee beans
Natural Oils
2. Energy: Machinery (Pulpers, Driers, Winnowing equipment, Roaster, Sprayers, Grinding mills, Fill & Seal machines)
3. Labor (Fewer including the Quality Control Lab analysts & experts)
The out puts are,
1. Smoked Coffee beans
2. Smoked Flavored Coffee Beans (With flavors)
3. Smoked Ground Coffee
4. Smoked Ground Coffee (With Flavors)
Our process involves the raw material being passed through various steps in the above process and emerges as one or more products. The process is highly standardized and produces the outputs in extremely large volumes. All the steps in the above process require self-monitoring and adjusting of machinery and Quality control performance at every step.
