The thing I know more about CP now is that CP operates convenient store business in Thailand under the 7-Eleven trademark and it has not only agro-industry and food, marketing and distribution, and telecommunications, education services as core businesses but also has many retail business. Moreover, CP collaborates with many retail businesses and has many networking with other businesses. From my point of view, CP will be more successful than before and a big business organization with many business partners in future.
2. Current trend in retail industry is that customization. Nowadays, customized products are very popular and the customers want more and more customized shopping experiences. Therefore, many retailers use some innovations and new technology in order to raise the customers’ demand. And customers mostly focus and interested in Omni-channel. Mobile commerce and social media are likely to be a bigger part of trends for retail industry in the future because customers want to get more about recommendations, or review from the social influencers or the shop before they buy the products. Besides, customers want to have community where they can ask for product information, or they can order products, or they can pay for products through online. That’s why retailers need to know customers’ needs, what they like, what they expect, and the ways to fulfill customers’ satisfactions.
3. If I need to create my own business, I would love to sell skincare products. Nowadays, both male and female really care about their skin and they use a lot of skincare products. For the girls, if they want to get a perfect make up look, firstly to get healthy skin is the most important. And also for the boys, it is not suitable with make up on their faces so this is the same thing that to get healthy skin is also important for boys so that they can attract girls without using make up. The more we older, the more we should care about our skin. So skincare products will be still as a trend and essential in many years all around the world.
4. This exhibition can help in my career development because I can advertise and promote my products and customers can notice my brand than before from this exhibition. In addition, I can get a chance to communicate and cooperate with others businesses by doing such kind of exhibition.
