Consumptive behavior

Consumption is an activity of spending or using of goods or services to fulfil human needs. The item comes from a material that is taken from the environment and processed into a product or service. there are two factor that effecting people to consume goods or service. internal factors and external factors. first is internal factor, where people using their income for lifestyle, or spending money for something itself like following their characther and people spending their money with expectation to earn more income. the second reason is external reason. the reason why people spending their money is not come from itself but from other individuals or it surroundings. it could be from it mores or culture. population growth and economic growth is driving consumption growtn which create consumptive behavior. this consumption growth is giving two effect from consumptive behavior to the society. first, this consumptive behaviour is give a positive effect to the citizens. for example, add job opportunities, manufacturer could open branches and technological developments. even this consumption growth give a positive effect to the people, it also caused negative effect to the society. for example, extravagant lifestyle, and jealousy people.

Consumptive behavior on society causes them to use their money to something that is not important and in excessive amounts. it causes increased production of the company, therefore the company need to add worker in their company to petrify the production process and to produce in large quantities. it proves that there is a positive effect of consumptive behavior where it help the government solve the problem of unemployment in the country although it does not resolve all. as demand continues to increase production at the company, and also the demand of production spread to all corners of the region, and the company can afford to open branches and increase the production of income as well. This greatly helps the company to grow and compete in the marketplace it and also help to increase Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

This consumptive behavior also cause a company to compete with other companies to attract customers and make a profit. the companies are looking for ways to attract the attention of buyers, then they create something new whether it's fashion, or the company make something the same function but it more simple and easier to use. this gives a positive impact on consumptive behavior in society, it motivate people to create technology and creating something new. This positive things motivate people to innovate.

Competition among companies with the aim to attract buyers cause negative effects to society. since many people creating something new, innovate something, and make everything interesting, it actually succes attracted the attention from the buyer and make people want to buy their stuff.
