Health care facilities in one that provides the competition between the organization not only in the US but also in all over the world. In this paper, we discuss the facilities in health care which provides at Indianapolis in cardiovascular service both for adults and children. Here we discuss the competition of two organizations St. Vincent Health and MedCath which provides services for their customer satisfaction.
MedCath is superior cardiovascular services provider that has better clinical results compare with other organization. Organization is not only providing services for heart diseases, due to competition between the organizations MedCath expanding in providing high number of acuity services. This health facility is provided at Indianapolis. MedCath organization founded in 1988 as MedCath partners for Profit Corporation which offered nuclear cardiology, sleep medicine and cath lab. In 1999, organization started acute care cardiac hospitals. In 2005 company made a strategy instead of building new hospitals for expand their business. MedCath began partnering with existing hospitals and expand their heart care services. This increase the company stock price 14$ to 31.80$. In 2009, company has 3300 employees. Starting from 2011, organization made a strategy that organization has to expand in all areas within 2 years so that organization provides all acuity health services to their customers. Organization decides their need to expand the current health care facility in an organization also expand some of its hospitals and also establish with its joint ventures. The main motive to expand the organization is to expand their customer attraction services. This overhaul restructuring and expansion of the institution is focused towards the attainment of a better services and quality health care to satisfactorily meet the current and evolving demand.MedCath has developed 12 hospitals of total with 727 license beds. MedCath has three hospitals currently listed on Thomson Reuter's 100 Top Hospital.
St. Vincent hospital is the largest health care organization in an Indiana that provides more than 20 health care facilities. St.Vincent hospital for heart center of Indiana is committed to providing a specialized cardiovascular care in warm, comfortable, and caring environment. Like MedCath, this organization is not for profit organization. St.Vincent Hospital and health center has 815 beds capacity for their patient. This health center scored high in patient safety, demonstrating commitment to reducing accidents and medical mistakes. This is as a way of making the hospital environment appealing to the patients. In the last year, it performed 10,486 annual inpatient and 13,315 outpatient surgeries. Its Emergency room had 62,209 visits.
